Crowne Plaza Pelican Waters Golf Resort & Spa is a 4 1/2 star international resort near Caloundra on the Sunshine Coast.

We are seeking full time Sous Chef with a minimum of 8 years industry experience to join our dynamic team.

The Role:

•

Assist the Executive Chef to create, cost and implement innovative menus.

•

Supervise operations including food preparation and production.

•

Liaise with suppliers.

•

Control costs such as wages and food set, implement and review service standards.

•

Develop and motivate team members to produce timely, high standard products

•

Liaise with Managers on menu, guest feedback and service issues.

The Candidate:

Being passionate and displaying very high standards of food production and presentation.
