Food & Beverage Attendants must provide friendly, courteous and efficient quality presentation of food and beverage service, helping to create a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for our guests. This is a highly active position that will clean and reset tables continuously, fold napkins, serve water, bread and coffee as well as attend to guests’ special requests during their meal. In the regular course of a shift this position will also perform set up duties including side stations, storage areas and food staging areas. The ideal candidate for this role will be organized, enjoy working with the public and in a team environment. This role provides a great opportunity to learn about the workings of a hotel food and beverage operation.
Applicants must hold a valid RSA certificate and have eligible work rights for Australia. This position demands full flexibility across seven days including morning & evening shifts.
