Job Description:

Our company is seeking an experienced couple that are prepared to have a ‘Hands on’ approach to managing this Sunshine Coast “four and a half star” apartments resort.

Experience in managing a where there is a need to accommodate the needs of corporate and leisure guests particularly short term guests.

A restaurant is also located on site, but is run separately by the restauranreur and offers superb cuisine.

The Management Couple will be allocated an apartment and will be remunerated with a package in line with their experience.

Any prospective applicant should preferably have:

•Experience in managing a strata style Apartment Hotel.

•A thorough understanding of financial systems and preferably experience with Trust Accounting and with the Hirum Operating system

•High level of professionalism in Guest Services

•Preferably hold a current Restricted Letting Agents License

•Good organizational skills in Office and administration management

•Skills in marketing and accommodation sales

•Experience in maintenance and gardening

•Body Corporate experience
