Job Description:

Clear Hearing Gympie Pty Ltd is a highly successful local hearing service provider looking for a full time Administration Assistant to join our team at our Gympie Clinic.

This role is to cover 52 weeks maternity leave, with the possibility of continued employment.

You will be responsible for supporting the clinicians, which will include the accurate preparation of claim payments, answering telephone queries, managing minor repairs and liaison with medical and allied health professionals. You will possess a strong customer focus, excellent phone manner, good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise your work in order to meet service deadlines.

A high level of initiative along with a keen eye for detail and good computer skills is required.

Recent experience in an administration or medical reception role is essential.
