Immediate start - Junior Receptionist
Job Description:
Due to a staff member relocating, The Ray White Caloundra Group has an immediate start opportunity for a junior FULL TIME RECEPTIONIST in the PROPERTY MANAGEMENT department. This person is considered by us as the Director of First Impressions and we are looking for someone who is willing turn their hand to any task to ensure that the Ray White Caloundra Group leaves a positive and lasting impression on our clients.
As one of the Sunshine Coast’s largest group of offices you can be assured that your new role will present you with security, challenge, responsibility and growth.
Just some of the tasks that your role includes are :
- Meeting and greeting our clients at the front desk
- Preparation of correspondence and listing files of properties
- Assisting calling tenants in rental arrears
- Preparation of new tenants leases and documents, assist Property Managers with lease renewals and organise smoke alarm testing
- First point of contact for all phone, walk in and email enquiry to the Property Management Department
- Assist with maintenance requests and liaise with trades persons
- Database management
- Quality assurance of our documents
- Uploading listings to the internet
- Managing our busy phone system as the first point of contact
- Maintaining our window displays
- Ensuring the office is kept clean and tidy
- Managing stationery supplies
- Liaising with Property Managers about day to day tasks
Previous experience in Real Estate is a distinct advantage, however, your adaptability, accuracy, team player skills, initiative and professionalism are all attributes we admire and each application will assessed accordingly.
If you possess outstanding time management, conflict resolution skills, exceptional written and verbal communication skills and believe you have what it takes to make a difference, then we’d love to hear from you! Occasional relief Saturday work may be required
If successful, you will also be required to obtain at your cost, the Real Estate Registration Certificate to enable you to work in the Real Estate Industry.
