Job Description:
Goodline is currently seeking experienced Purchasing Officers to join our rapidly expanding team based at our Kawana Waters office.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
• Respond to internal / external telephone enquires and requests to create Purchase orders;
• Liaise with suppliers to meet service requirements and ensure on-time delivery;
• Develop supplier relationships;
• Ensure goods and services are received and completed;
• Maintain complete updated purchasing records/data and pricing within the Goodline systems.
Candidates will possess the following:
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience of purchasing equipment, goods and services;
• Excellent communication skills with strong interpersonal skills;
• The ability to use initiative and display excellent organisational and time management skills;
• Strong computer skills and excellent computer literacy;
• Excellent attention to detail;
The following shifts available:
• 6.30am – 1.30pm Monday – Friday (x2 ppl)
• 1.30pm – 7pm Monday – Friday (x3 ppl)
• 8.30am - 5pm Monday – Friday (x2 ppl)
• 6.30am – 2pm Saturday (x3 ppl from Monday to Friday shifts)
