Warranty & Service/Production Administrator
Job Description:
WaterGurus is the business of sustainabiltiy, manufacturing and distributing waste water re-use systems throughout Australia. We are currently looking for a full-time Warranty & Service/Production Administrator to join our Production and Service Department for our head office in Nambour on the Sunshine Coast.
This position reports to the Production Manager and is responsible for receiving and processing of all incoming warranty and upgrade claims and maintaining our warranty and service database registers currently maintained on Excel. Incoming warranty phone management and management of sales order entry complete the role.
The ideal candidate will have:
Excellent attention to details
A high level of accuracy in relation to record keeping and paperwork
High level of computer literacy incl. Excel & MYOB
The ability to work independently
A real team player - helpful and co-operative
Excellent telephone communication manner
The ability to communciate effectively with both internal and external parties
Prior warranty administration or service department experience will be well regarded
