Job Description:
As a Westpac Bank Manager you will be the leader of an important local business in your own right. Youll be involved in the economic livelihood of the community, and committed to the level of civic involvement befi tting a key local business leader.
A Bank Manager that cares about the community, and the hopes and ambitions of local residents and businesses, is a person that the community knows and can trust in good times and bad.

You will be responsible for inspiring and leading a diverse team to meet every customer’s needs across personal banking, business banking and wealth management. Most importantly, you’ll know and care about your customers and they’ll believe in you and your team, recognising Westpac as local heroes.
This is a role where business acumen and strategic agility are needed totranslate the big picture at a local level, requiring proven experience asboth a successful sales and business leader, an eye for innovation and apassion for delighting customers.

The pay range for this position is around $95,000 + superannuation
