Our client is an envied market leader in high level luxury residential real estate in Noosa on the spectacular Sunshine Coast in Queensland.
I am seeking an experienced Sales Specialist to join their sales team and work for high-net-worth property buyers and owners.
I need an entrepreneurial and ambitious person who is passionate about real estate. You must have great business acumen, as well as the ability to prospect, qualify and solidify relationships.
You must also have strong organisational skills and exceptional interpersonal/communication skills as well as extensive experience in all aspects of relationship management, strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
You will be provided with excellent marketing support - social networking & media. There are no stationary costs and your own self branding is strongly encouraged.
Key Requirements to be Successful
Residential Sales experience and proven success.
Auction orientated.
QLD Real Estate Sales Certification.
Own vehicle.
Ability to initiate, establish and nurture meaningful relationships, over the phone and face to face.
Internal drive to be build your profile and be successful.
Entrepreneurial approach, proactive business style, superior communication and presentation skills.
Ability to positively adapt to change in a highly dynamic work environment.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Articulate and professionally presented.
Healthy mindset.
Team Player.
