Retail Manager
Job Description:
Between the Flags is looking for a Manager for one of our Queensland stores - Mooloolaba.
Between the Flags is a dynamic Australian owned company with a national presence. Since 1994 it has supplied authentic Australian beach and lifestyle apparel for men, women and children. A portion of sales goes to Surf Life Saving Australia and affiliated clubs every year to help keep beaches safe. To be successful in this role you will need to be:
• A “hands on” operator
• Strong retail management background
• Ability to inspire & motivate a team of people
• A vibrancy and positivity comparative to a “kid in a candy store”
• Attention to detail in terms of stock
• Visual Merchandising skills
• A strong focus on KPI’s such as IPS, Avg $ per sale, store shrinkage, wage control
• Above all, impeccable presentation, ENERGY, ENTHUSIASM and PASSION.

Giving feedback to the designers and merchandisers at Head Office, and working with them to maximise sales should come naturally.
